Healshape was founded in January 2020 in Lyon, France, by six co-founders with diverse and complementary backgrounds, united by a shared vision: to revolutionize soft tissue reconstruction through regenerative medicine.
With over two decades of experience in the healthtech industry, Sophie brings strategic vision and a deep commitment to innovation and impact. A graduate of HEC Paris, she spent 16 years at Sanofi and Sanofi Pasteur in key business and strategic roles, including mergers & acquisition and international partnership development. Sophie currently also serves as Vice President of Medtech at France Biotech, the association of French healthtech entrepreneurs.
Caroline holds a PharmD and has a strong background in biotechnology. She leads product development and regulatory strategy at Healshape, drawing on nearly two decades of experience in preclinical and clinical development, bioprocessing, and regulatory affairs. Her previous roles include Head Pharmacist and Deputy Director in biotech startups, where she was also a member of the executive board.
Amélie holds a PhD in cell therapy and has dedicated her career to advancing tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. She fosters strategic collaborations with research institutions, clinical partners, surgeons and patients. She is also co-founder of LabSkin Creations, a CRO specializing in advanced 3D skin and adipose tissue engineering. She has contributed significantly to scientific innovation, with numerous publications and patents to her name.
